In co-operation with PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB, debit.control was developed as a client interface for the special needs of law firms and debt collection agencies who are working in claims management. The aim was to development a simple extremely user-friendly information tool. The latest recent version of debit.control has an additional option for detailed analysis in the field of success rate statistics and job completion statistics. An individually configurable status report is available free for download.
In addition there is a possibility to also display archived files within the file archive and allows you to quickly locate them. With the liquidity planner and the residual default risk there are innovative extra planning tools in the field of risk management at your disposal. Individual business units to complex group structures can be pattern mapped and evaluated.
debit.xs is a proprietary, web-based application, which allows a simple data transfer within the framework of accounting and/or debt collection through debt collection service providers or lawyers. This allows workflows to be streamlined and sped up during the handover of collection transactions.
This ADD-IN software solution for SAP® R/3® can handle the entire process from the transfer of the claim to specialized contract lawyers on the feedback of the current procedures´ stage, up to the atomized booking of incoming payments directly in SAP® R/3®.
